At Kanata Montessori
For over 50 years, Kanata Camps at Kanata Montessori has been offering summer camp programs to our local community. We are very excited to introduce our programs for the summer of 2025. We have programming that includes new theme weeks for our Kinder and Junior Elementary children. Art, music, and STEM specialty camps are designed or our elementary students, and fun is designed for everyone!
Our camps are all organized by age groups, as we know children enjoy being with friends who are similar in age. This also ensures that we can meet the unique abilities and needs that allow children and young adults to grow in spirit, mind and body.
Our Kanata Camp theme camps at Kanata Montessori are led by KM summer camp counsellors who are given the training and ability to ensure each of our campers has an amazing experience. Our Specialty Camps are led by external providers who are professionals in their area of expertise.
Registration
Kanata Camps at Kanata Montessori offers 2 types of camps to the public. We offer Theme Camps for our Kinder (entering JK/SK) and Junior Elementary (entering grades 1-3). These themes vary each week. Crafts, indoor and outdoor activities and special guests are designed around the theme of the week. Junior Elementary will also participate in a weekly field trip. Theme weeks are run by our experienced summer camp counsellors.
We also offer Specialty Camps for our grades 1-6. Our specialty camps include multi-media art, music, and STEM. Specialty camps are taught by experienced professionals and the week is devoted to the camp specialty. Specialty camps will become visible in our registration system as partnerships are developed. So, please check back often.
We offer summer camps for 7 weeks, from July 2 to August 15, 2025. We do not offer summer camp the last 2 weeks of August.
An important note for our camp participants: All camps are week-long and the fee structure and staffing are organized around this model. We do not offer single-day drop-in options.

To register, you must set up an account. We have provided buttons for ACCOUNT SET UP and REGISTER below.However, you can still browse all our camps before setting up your account. To browse, you can search by filtering according to a few different search categories.
